What is fatigue?
Fatigue is more than just feeling tired.
It is the persistent state of exhaustion, burn out or lack of energy which can affect both the body and mind.

What can contribute to fatigue?
Fatigue is often associated with iron deficiency, whether or not anaemia is present. However, it can also result from various other nutritional deficiencies or medical conditions, which can range from mild to severe.
What can I find out from a Fatigue Health Screening?
The Fatigue Health Screening is a blood test that tests for nutritional deficiencies as well as potential issues of the thyroid functionality. These can cause symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog or hair loss if not addressed.
