How do I prepare for a health screening?

 To prepare for a health screening, you should:

  1. Fast for 10-12 hours. You can drink water but there should be no calories or food intake
  2. Keep yourself hydrated
  3. Have a good night’s sleep 

If you’re unwell on the day of the screening, do call the clinic to check if you’re still suitable for the health screening.
