Who does the home nursing for my loved one?
Your loved one will be in the safe hands of qualified nurses who are registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
What if a doctor needs to be involved?
If our nurses require the involvement of a doctor after the initial assessment during the home visit, they will arrange for either a teleconsult at your home or a physical consult at one of our clinics.
What are the safety measures employed by the nurses?
Our nurses will perform an Antigen Rapid Testing (ART) on themselves before visiting your or your loved one’s home.
What is the minimum duration of a home nursing care session?
A home nursing care session typically lasts 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the complexity of the service required.
How soon can I or my loved one start receiving care?
This will depend on the availability of our nursing team but we generally propose several possible dates and time slots for consideration. For urgent care, please call our hotline at +65 6833 4350. For emergencies, please contact 911.
What are the payment options?
We accept bank transfers or PayNow. Our nurses will also advise accordingly during the home visit.
