Appointment Policy

Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. Late arrivals, cancellations, and missed appointments inconvenience and deprive other patients of treatment time.

When you book your appointment, you are reserving time in our calendar. This time slot will be no longer available to other patients. To release your reserved time to other patients, please call our clinic as soon as you know you will not keep your appointment.

How Do We Help You?

SMS Reminders

We know that during a busy day, you might overlook your appointment. To help you, our clinic will send you an SMS reminder of your appointment. Please reply to that SMS.

If our clinic does not receive your confirmation, it will result in a double booking for the next appointment, which means you may have to wait as we will prioritise our patients who have been double booked. This is to be fair to all parties and to prevent any misunderstandings.

How to Cancel Your Appointments?

We do understand that occasionally unforeseen circumstances will arise, which will require you to reschedule your appointment. If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please do inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand. Your advance notice will allow another patient to use your reserved time.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at +65 66363083 (Nuffield Medical Siglap) or +65 68334350 (Nuffield Medical Orchard). You can also notify us by e-mail or SMS.

Late Cancellations or Missed Appointments

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. If you cancel or miss appointments, you are delaying your treatment. We may not be able to provide you with another slot promptly. Delays cause complications in the management of your care.

Late cancellation will result in a double booking for the next appointment, which means you may have to wait as we will prioritise our patients who have turned up on time. This is to be fair to all parties and to prevent any misunderstandings.
We seek your kind cooperation in this matter.

Late Arrivals

If you think you will be late for your appointments, please inform us. Our doctors must have enough time to complete your treatment well. If we think there would be insufficient time for your planned treatment, you may be asked to reschedule.
